Student Safety & Supervision Policy
Door 2 Door Transport, LLC prioritizes the safety and well-being of all students. Drivers maintain visual supervision during transport, follow district-approved pickup and drop-off procedures, and ensure students are released only to authorized school personnel or locations approved by the district.
Incident Reporting Policy
Any accident, delay, behavioral concern, or safety incident is documented and reported to the appropriate school contact on the same day, with written follow-up as required.
Pickup & Drop-Off Protocol
Drivers follow district instructions regarding times, locations, and authorized releases. No deviations are made without district approval.
Confidentiality & FERPA Awareness
All staff are trained to protect student privacy. Student names, addresses, and circumstances are treated as confidential and shared only with authorized school personnel on a need-to-know basis.
Emergency Procedures
Drivers are trained to respond to emergencies, contact emergency services when necessary, and notify district contacts immediately. Vehicles are equipped with basic safety supplies
